Three Key Sales Positions:

  • One in the NYC Metro to support our Data Center Division
     
  • Two in the Dallas Metro area
    - 1 to support our Data Center Division
    - 1 to support our MPS Division

Looking for mature, driven and determined candidates. These roles will focus on data center and managed print solution sales activities primarily through interaction with end user customers, channels and other strategic partners. The candidate is expected to quickly come up to speed on available solution offerings and make an immediate impact on overall business for NER. In addition to interacting regularly with end users, these individuals will also work with 3rd party reseller partners in order to maintain channel integrity and interest. The ideal candidate for all openings will mesh seamlessly into a work group focused on over-achieving corporate sales objectives and will regularly interact with company sales support staff and senior management.

Interviews for these positions will start at the end of August 2011. Desired Skills & Experience

To be considered for one of the two data center sales management positions
, the candidate must have strong relationships in the IT channel, a minimum of 5 years of related business experience and 3 years of sales experience in data center solutions. The candidate must also possess a solid understanding of data center cooling and thermal management challenges. A college degree or equivalent work experience is a must.

To be considered for the managed print sales management position, the candidate must have strong relationships in the managed print channel, a minimum of 5 years of related business experience and 3 years of sales experience in managed print service solutions. The candidate must also possess a solid understanding of print TCO and print output environments. A college degree or equivalent work experience is a requirement.

Qualified candidates should be able to demonstrate, show proficiency and provide specific background on their abilities in the following areas:

  • Analytical and management skills.
  • Oral and written communication skills.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Goals and objective setting.
  • Develop and manage project plans.
  • Disseminate expertise with others.
  • Small, medium and large group presentation skills.
  • Original thinking and creativity skills.
  • Prospecting skills both at the channel level and end user level.
  • Sales closing skills.
  • Articulate and differentiate corporate value proposition to channel partners.
  • Ability to use Microsoft Office Programs (Word, Excel & Outlook)
  • Develop assigned territory to deliver increased sales performance and profitability of current relationships with dealers, national accounts, VAR’s, co-manufacturers and end users.
  • Manage difficult or emotional customer situations in a professional manner.
  • Respond promptly to customer needs and solicit customer feedback to improve service. •Respond to requests for service and assistance.
  • Analyze market and competition to identify external threats and opportunities; adapts strategy to changing conditions.
