Polargy® 42U Full Rack Blanking Panels are filler panels for sealing empty racks. With today's use of aisle containment in new builds, data center operators are often deploying full rows of racks even though they don't plan to populate those racks for some time. Polargy's 42U Blanking Panels is a convenient and cost effective alternative to installing individual blanking panels for those empty racks.
Tripp Lite SmartRack 1U Blanking Panels improve cooling efficiency inside the enclosure by filling unused rack space, optimize airflow and prevent recirculation.
- Fits all standard 19” cabinet openings
- Easy, tool-less installation
- Designed for square hole EIA enclosures
- 50 pieces of 1U panels per case

PLENAFORM® is a flexible, snap-together, air flow control baffle system which helps resolve dynamic thermal imbalances in raised floor environments such as high-density data centers. Baffles are scored both vertically and horizontally so sections can be removed or cut, added or patched, to meet any height, width, or bend requirements.
- Control and balance Data Center airflow
- No installation tools required
- Easy installation with no downtime
- On-site configurable (width and height)
- Fits ANY raised floor pedestal
- Reduces energy consumption and TCO
- Flammability rating of UL-94 V0
- Made of flame retardant polypropylene compound that is inert, non-conductive, and non-hygroscopic

CoolBalance® Brush Seals provide a flexible solution for sealing cable access holes in data centers. Utilizing XtraSeal technology, an impervious yet flexible membrane sandwiched between thousands of filaments, CoolBalance brush seals effectively close floor and wall data cable access openings.
KoldLok® Raised Floor Grommets prevent costly bypass airflow, reduce hotspots, and improve the PUE of your data center.
PolarDAM® Air Foam’s flexible design makes gap filling quick and inexpensive - ideal for any raised access floors. The foam sheets are scored for easy self-sizing and conforms to any area where inserted, blocking cold air from escaping into open spaces.
- Inexpensive, easy installation and removal
- Foam sheets are 24” x 24” x 2”
- Sheet are scored into a perforated 1”x1” grid
- Fire retardant and meets the UL-94-HF-1 rating
- Excellent for under racks, around PDUs, gaps between racks and around pipes or conduit

Polargy offers PolarPlex™ Containment Systems as the most effective airflow management tool for implementing containment strategies in the data center.
PolarPlex™ Containment Curtains are made of high grade vinyl and hung from a trouble-free mounting system. PolarPlex™ Curtains eliminate hot spots and overcooled zones, saving energy while improving equipment reliability. Curtains accommodate any data center configuration (random cabinet heights and widths), are easy to install, and flexible to redeploy.
PolarPlex™ Containment Panels are made of aluminum framing, one of several fire-safe inserts, lightweight, and cost effective as an air isolation solution. The panels, deployed horizontally across the aisle, create an especially tight cold zone for even better containment. Or, the panels can be deployed vertically (in a stovepipe model) to create containment in situations where the ceiling is too high for dropping curtains.

NER Rack Dividers, Inserts, and End Panels prevent airflow from mixing between adjacent racks. Side Panels on end of row cabinets create a buffer that minimizes the exhaust drifting from the hot aisle into the cold aisle. NER’s easy-to-install inserts do not add additional width to the cabinet profile.
Our Top Panels reduce radiant heat from escaping and re-circulating back into the front of a server rack. This will assist to direct air from the cold air supply side to the hot exhaust in the rear.
NER offers an entire line of rack accessories to match any size or style cabinet we provide
