The Collection Process
Contact us via email, phone or fax when you are
ready to send your cores
- Send a list of order contents
- For larger quantities indicate
number of pallets
- For smaller quantities indicate if you
need ARS (Return Authorization Service) labels for UPS
shipment – it
is very important to use ARS label with pink highlight
to ensure proper credit
We will issue a purchase
order number and arrange logistics

ARS for UPS shipment

Arrange truck pick up for pallet
size shipments
- Please label each pallet with your name
and quantity (e.g.;
1 of 2, 2 of 2)
Shipment arrives at NER

Cores are counted, sorted
and checked for quality
